Fundamentals Course

This course is ideal for women who have never taken a self-defense class before. All beginners are welcome!

This course provides a strong foundation to understand self defense and looks at core concepts.

The course starts by looking at the psychology of self defense:

  • Why men attack?
  • What makes it hard to fight back?
  • What if I freeze?
  • How do I know when to act and why?

Your physical skills and understanding develops from the ground up.

  • I've never hit anything in my life – how can I defend myself properly?
  • What are most effective areas to attack, in defense?
  • What if I have to deal with more to than one person?
  • What do I do in different situations?

Define your values, goals and boundaries

Once you have completed the Fundamentals course you are invited to enrol in the Advanced course.
