Q: Do I need to be physically fit?
A: Our courses are suitable for people of all fitness levels - participants work at their own pace throughout the course.
Q: Are all the courses only available to women?
A: Our courses were originally designed for women, but we now offer courses for both men and women.
Q: Are the courses suitable for people of all ages?
A: The current ACT! courses are designed for people over 18 years of age. Anyone under this age wishing to complete an ACT! course is encouraged to enrol alongside a parent or guardian. Older participants are encouraged to enrol - each participant works at their own pace. Self-defense is a vital skill at any age! ACT! programs are currently being designed for school-aged participants - keep checking our website for updates.
